Meet Our Doctors Houston, TX

Dr. J began his career intending to specialize in pediatrics but discovered that his passion lay in oral surgery. After graduating from Baylor College of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, he advanced his clinical skills with a hybrid Advanced Education in General Dentistry and a General Practice Residency at the University of New Mexico Hospital. He trained extensively in emergency dental and medical procedures which was where his interest in implant dentistry sparked.

He is a member of the American Dental Association®, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics.

Dr. Roc attended the University of Texas, San Antonio for his undergraduate studies before attending the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. He graduated in 2015 and has received implant training from various courses around the world. He moved to Houston in 2022 to partner with Dr. A to open J Smiles Dental Implants Studio. His goal is to provide the best care and give people confidence through a smile they can share with the world. Everyone deserves a smile they are proud of.
