Fixed Teeth or Removable Dentures?
Full-arch treatment replaces the teeth in one upper or lower arch. Treating both arches is often described as full-mouth treatment.
Fixed replacement teeth stay in place for everyday use. Removable implant-supported dentures are taken out for cleaning as directed by your dentist. We can discuss the differences in daily care, design, and cost to help you understand which options may suit you.

Per arch means one upper or lower set of teeth, not both. Additional surgical fees may apply to the advertised All-on-4 and 3on6 prices.
Your consultation includes a review of your recommended treatment and estimate. Discuss what is included, planned materials, temporary and final teeth, extractions, bone grafting, sedation, and follow-up care as they relate to your case.

What to Expect From Treatment

3. Healing and final teeth: You wear your healing set while your implants heal. The timing of your final teeth depends on your individual treatment plan.
4. Ongoing care: Follow your cleaning, eating, and dental follow-up instructions to care for your replacement teeth and surrounding tissues.

Dr. Jiro Akpobome, DDS
Dr. Jiro graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry and continued his training in the University of New Mexico Hospital system, including implant placement and IV sedation. He is also listed on the Global Dental Implant Academy faculty.
Dr. Christopher Roclevitch, DDS
Known as Dr. Roc, he graduated from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in 2015 and has pursued additional implant training. He partnered with Dr. Jiro to establish J Smiles in Houston.

All patients receive their initial healing set of teeth within 24 hours of implant placement. This is the set worn during healing; your final teeth are fitted at a later stage according to your treatment plan.
